Shift Timings and Work OFFS – Monday – Friday day shift, hours vary between 7:30 – 5:00, 8 Holidays, potential for Thursday’s off if you want 4 days a week 10 hrs each day schedule or less than 40 hrs.
What you will be doing:
Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop and implement patient management plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health education.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities.
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Experience you will need:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in New Hampshire.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in community health or underserved populations is a plus.
