Construction Estimator

Whitehouse Station, NJ
RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Construction Estimator.  On-Site position in Whitehouse Station, NJ.  No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:
  • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
  • Obtain quotes and define scope of work for subcontractors and vendors
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Attend onsite pre-bid meetings
Experience you will need:
  • Must have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of civil site work and concrete work
  • Ability to work independently to meet estimate deadlines and client requirements
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000/year
