What you will be doing:

Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction.
Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies.
Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner.
Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
Assist and support other client team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties, as necessary.
Additional duties as may be assigned by management based on business needs.

Experience you will need:

Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively using tact, patience, and courtesy.
Ability to organize and efficiently prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple assignments while subject to interruption.
Excellent attention to detail.
Basic computer and technology skills: Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000/year
