What you will be doing:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
Repair and maintain household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, washers, and dryers.
Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions and ensure systems operate efficiently.
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants regarding repairs, costs, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and hours worked.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and building regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger repair projects when necessary.

Experience you will need:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to follow directions and learn quickly.
Must be proficient and comfortable with computer, tablet, and smartphone technology.

Payrate: $35/HR
