What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting attorneys in managing civil defense litigation cases.
• Filing documents through CM/ECF systems (Federal and State).
• Handling billing and using ABA task codes.
• Utilizing litigation document management systems for case management.
• Collaborating with attorneys to ensure efficient and effective case handling.

Experience You Will Need:

• Required:

  • 3–5 years of civil defense litigation experience.
  • Proficiency with CM/ECF filing processes (Federal and State).
  • Experience with billing systems and familiarity with ABA task codes.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.

• Preferred:

  • Background in premises liability or professional liability cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • Familiarity with ProLaw software.
  • Experience working with insurance companies.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year
