RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position (2) of Wayfinding Project Manager. On-Site position in New York, NY. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage large-scale wayfinding projects in the transportation and city sectors, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and budget compliance.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from defining scope and objectives to implementation and post-project analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and facilitate design review meetings, ensuring alignment with architectural drawings, materials, and project goals.
- Collaborate with client project teams and internal resources to prioritize project needs, resolve challenges, and move the project forward efficiently.
- Identify and manage changes in project scope, negotiating updates with clients to align with best practices and project goals.
- Contribute to new business proposals, working closely with leadership to define project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist with financial oversight, including collaborating on invoicing and tracking budgets for all projects.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Experience You Will Need:
- 5-10 years of experience managing wayfinding projects, particularly within the transportation and city sectors.
- A background in a wayfinding design, architecture, or engineering firm is required.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, product materials, and implementation options specific to wayfinding systems.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, assigning and prioritizing tasks, and ensuring team alignment with project goals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office programs, and Google Suite Applications.
- Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or ProjectManager.com is a plus.
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000/year
