VP Specialty Deposits - Title & Escrow

Overseeing deposit relationships related to title companies, escrow services, and real estate transactions. Their role involves managing and growing specialized deposit accounts used for holding funds in trust for real estate transactions, settlements, and other fiduciary purposes.

What You'll Do:

Client Relationship & Business Development:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients in specialized industries.
  • Provide customized banking solutions to meet the unique needs of specialty deposit clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within niche markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell banking products and services.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to existing and potential clients to expand relationships.
  • Effectively interview and profile customers to recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Meet sales goals by maintaining customer satisfaction and overcoming objections.
Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure specialty deposit accounts are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the roll out of new deposit products and services.
  • Serve as a liaison between new accounts, operations, and clients to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Attend industry functions and engage with regional and national associations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the specialty deposits portfolio.
  • Stay informed on market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with specialty deposit accounts.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Experience You'll Need:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Significant experience in banking and financial services
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000/year
