What You Will Be Doing:

Represent victims in wage and hour class action lawsuits and PAGA cases.
Draft legal documents, take/defend depositions, and provide legal counsel.
Advocate for clients in state and federal court, working on high-stakes cases against regional and Fortune 500 companies.
Gain hands-on experience managing cases under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver strong legal representation for clients.

Experience You Will Need:

Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Bar Membership: Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
Experience: 1–4 years in employment law, particularly wage and hour class actions or PAGA cases. (More experience is welcomed.)
Skills: Strong research, writing, and communication abilities; attention to detail; and organizational competence.
Work Environment: Comfortable with an in-person role in downtown Los Angeles.

Idle Candidate: 5+ years of experience in employment law, specializing in wage and hour class actions and PAGA cases.

They are an active member of the California State Bar and have extensive experience in:

Drafting and managing class action litigation documents.
Representing clients in depositions and court proceedings.
Advocating for plaintiffs in wage theft cases, including unpaid overtime, meal/rest breaks, and unreimbursed expenses.

Salary:$100,000 - $160,000/year
