What You Will Be Doing:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Provide management with performance metrics and insights for decision-making.
• Cost Accounting: Manage costing processes, including variance analysis and inventory valuation. Contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with financial planning related to production costs, labor, and overhead.
• Month-End Closing: Execute journal entries, close books on time, and deliver accurate financial reports.
• Inventory & Compliance: Monitor inventory, ensure internal control adherence, and support audit processes.

Experience You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in cost accounting, financial reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret and act on complex data.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage priorities effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with regular interaction on the production floor.
• May require extended hours during financial closing periods or occasional travel.

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000/year
