Summary:

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to take our textile manufacturing operation to the next level—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with expertise, and ensures the highest production standards. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead quality control and lab testing for a high-volume textile yarn manufacturing operation.
  • Oversee multiple lab facilities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage a team of lab technicians and quality personnel, driving a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
  • Analyze data from testing and production reports, making data-driven decisions to maintain superior quality.
  • Train and mentor teams on quality control protocols and best practices.
     
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in textile manufacturing quality management, with expertise in yarn production and lab testing.
  • Strong understanding of textile testing methods, quality audits, and process optimization.
  • Experience leading quality teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause investigation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
 
Who We Prefer:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Quality Management.
  • Hands-on experience with tensile testers, yarn evenness testers, and moisture meters.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
