What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align project requirements and execution.
• Review reports for data inconsistencies and address them in client and county reports.
• Track project progress and ensure goals are met within established timelines.
• Assist in drafting Letters of Engagement and addressing field technician inquiries.
• Manage client expectations and troubleshoot any project-related issues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning as needed.

Experience You Will Need:

• Preferred experience in Engineering in Training (EIT) or Construction Management.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Willingness to help grow the team and business.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctual attendance.
• Attention to detail in handling both soft and hard copies of project documents.

Requirements:

• ACI Field Testing Technician Grade I certification.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete certification.
• Knowledge of construction practices and material testing.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year
