What you will be doing:
- Review, draft, and negotiate third-party contracts, provider agreements, and business transactions.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, privacy and security, intellectual property, and healthcare law.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring the company remains compliant with Federal and State laws.
- Provide legal support on accreditation programs, site visits, and clinic/pharmacy operations.
- Work closely with leadership and various departments to develop policies and procedures that align with legal and ethical standards.
- Represent the firm in depositions, legal discussions, and regulatory matters.
Experience you will need:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active California Bar license (must meet continuing education requirements).
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in transactions, contracts, or healthcare law (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of legal writing, contract negotiation, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across departments.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, 340B program compliance, and healthcare regulations is a plus.
Salary: $160,000 - $178,000/year
