What you will be doing:

• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Interact with clients as a counselor and advisor.

Experience you will need:

• 1-4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department concentrating on commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work successfully with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients.
• Candidate must be licensed or attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year
