What you will be doing:

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Provide clients with pertinent market and financial information on current market conditions, installation and software offerings, timing of installation, and impact on property values.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and close sales in your assigned region.
• Establish sales territories and quotas, growing the team as results warrant.
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
• Report on team and individual performance.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.

Experience you will need:

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred.
• Experience selling to owners and C-suite executives.
• Strong closing abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/year
