What you will be doing:

• Provide legal advice and support in all aspects of tax law, including estate planning and compliance.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues.
• Draft and review legal documents related to tax planning and estate matters.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored tax solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

Experience you will need:

• 3+ years of relevant tax experience.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
• Bar admission in a state where the firm has an office and where the candidate intends to be based is required.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Salary: $200,000 - $315,000/year
