RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the positions (2) of Litigation Associate. On-Site position in Hackensack, NJ. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please. 

What you will be doing:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other commercial conflicts.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Participate in court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and provide counsel to clients.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing high-quality legal support and advice.

Experience you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• NJ Bar admission is required.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach to legal work.

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000/year
