What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage class action and PAGA wage and hour cases with occasional involvement in discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation.
  • Collaborate with the managing partner and other attorneys to strategize and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Handle cases with significant autonomy while contributing to a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Perform legal research and draft high-quality legal documents and pleadings.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced yet supportive work environment that values both professionalism and employee satisfaction.

Experience You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in class action litigation, specifically in plaintiff-side employment law.
  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and deliver high-quality legal work.
  • A motivated, self-sufficient, and team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
