RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Real Estate Associate. On-Site position in Palm Beach or Boca Raton, FL. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations to provide expert legal advice.

Experience you will need:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar (required).
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactional matters.
• Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of professional excellence.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Seeking an associate with 4+ years of experience in general commercial real estate with an emphasis in transactional matters to join our Florida office.  FL bar admission required.  Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required. 

Salary: $42,000 - $84,000/year
