What you will be doing:
- Coordinate, develop, and conduct training programs for our associates.
- Encourage and ensure more effective resident care while meeting state and federal requirements.
- Serve as our Infection Preventionist.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or adult education.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in adult education.
- Active RN license for the state of NC or a valid license due to reciprocity from the incoming state.
- SPICE Infection Preventionist Certification or obtain it within 1 year of hire.
- MatrixCare experience preferred.
- Experience in developing and facilitating nursing/healthcare education programs.
- Prior experience in leveraging learning management systems preferred.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year
