 What you will be doing:
  • Coordinate, develop, and conduct training programs for our associates.
  • Encourage and ensure more effective resident care while meeting state and federal requirements.
  • Serve as our Infection Preventionist.

Experience you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or adult education.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in adult education.
  • Active RN license for the state of NC or a valid license due to reciprocity from the incoming state.
  • SPICE Infection Preventionist Certification or obtain it within 1 year of hire.
  • MatrixCare experience preferred.
  • Experience in developing and facilitating nursing/healthcare education programs.
  • Prior experience in leveraging learning management systems preferred.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year
