RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Project Manager (Steel Construction) in Hayward, CA. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee and manage assigned construction projects to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project schedules.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Issue purchase requests for raw materials needed for fabrication.
• Process RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders as needed.
• Manage and schedule shop drawing processing, fabrication, and field installation.
• Coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Attend construction site meetings to monitor progress and address concerns.
• Implement cost control strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Train and assign projects to Project Engineers.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude towards both individual performance and teamwork.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/year
