What you will be doing:

• Handle litigation matters largely independently
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
• Attend court conferences
• Manage discovery-related activities and investigations
• Prepare position statements and dispositive motions

Experience you will need:

• Juris Doctor
• 8+ years of experience in employment litigation, either in-house or at a law firm
• Class or collective action experience or other complex litigation experience is a plus
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in either Oregon or Washington, or willing to relocate and licensed in another state
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000/year
