What you will be doing:

• Handle commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation cases
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients
• Report to clients on the progress of their cases in a timely manner
• Record billing time accurately, timely, and ethically
• Work towards improving the firm and the work environment
• Utilize technology effectively, including case management systems

Experience you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation
• Experience in probate administration and estate planning is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to respond promptly to client communications
• Excellent research and writing abilities
• Strong communication skills with a focus on client outcomes
• Technologically confident, with knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite as a plus
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000/year
