What You Will Be Doing:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody disputes, and domestic matters.
• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to client needs, adapting as cases evolve.
• Negotiate settlements, attend court hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate for clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Maintain strong client communication, providing guidance and support throughout legal proceedings.

Experience You Will Need:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active Bar membership.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law; 4+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and client advocacy skills.
• Familiarity with family law procedures in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.
• Proficiency in legal practice management systems and comfort with billable hour requirements.

Salary: $120,000 - $175,000/year
