What you will be doing:

• Provide legal expertise in affordable housing policy matters.
• Handle affordable housing development and financing transactions.
• Negotiate and draft loan documents.
• Draft ground leases, regulatory agreements, easements, and related documents for multifamily developments.
• The firm’s billable hour requirement is 1850.
• This position is open in 2 locations with Hybrid work schedule. San Francisco and Oakland, CA. 

Experience you will need:

• Six to eight years of experience as a transactional attorney.
• Experience with first-time homebuyer programs.
• Knowledge of construction documents.
• Familiarity with commercial leases is a plus.

Salary: $140,000 - $215,000/year
