What you will be doing:

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and transactional matters.
• Draft and negotiate entity operating/shareholder agreements.
• Assist with private placements and succession planning.
• Manage tax and financing transactions.
• Oversee real estate acquisitions and leasing.
• Work on licensing and intellectual property matters.
• Draft and negotiate general contracts.

Experience you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate law (more preferred).
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Knowledge of general corporate and transactional matters.
• Experience with entity operating/shareholder agreements.
• Familiarity with private placements and succession planning.
• Understanding of tax and financing transactions.
• Experience in real estate acquisitions and leasing.
• Background in licensing and intellectual property.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar required; New Jersey admission preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year
