What you will be doing:

Handle mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and transactional matters.
Draft and negotiate entity operating/shareholder agreements.
Assist with private placements and succession planning.
Manage tax and financing transactions.
Oversee real estate acquisitions and leasing.
Work on licensing and intellectual property matters.
Draft and negotiate general contracts.

Experience you will need:

At least 3 years of experience in corporate law (more preferred).
Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Knowledge of general corporate and transactional matters.
Experience with entity operating/shareholder agreements.
Familiarity with private placements and succession planning.
Understanding of tax and financing transactions.
Experience in real estate acquisitions and leasing.
Background in licensing and intellectual property.
Ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar required; New Jersey admission preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year
