What you will be doing:
- Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
- Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects
- Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
- Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations
- Assist in the collection of revenue, when necessary
Experience you will need:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team
- Ability to build relationships and relate to others
- Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets company safety standards
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000/year
