Summary:

As a Sr. Supply Chain Specialist – Customs, you’ll drive customs strategy, lead risk management initiatives, and ensure full compliance across U.S. and Canadian trade regulations. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned trade expert to shape customs processes, guide supplier and broker collaboration, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and manage regional customs strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Lead broker coordination and resolve daily customs clearance issues
  • Oversee supplier solicitation and qualification processes
  • Drive process improvements in duty mitigation, reconciliation, and ISF compliance
  • Support government audits, respond to CBP penalties, and manage ACE/CARM accounts
  • Deliver training sessions on trade agreements and compliance procedures
  • Track performance through quarterly KPIs and compliance reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, legal, and logistics teams
  • Travel to other sites as needed
Experience You’ll Need:
  • 8+ years of experience in customs and trade compliance
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian customs regulations and FTAs
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
  • Experience with risk management, project leadership, and process optimization
  • Confident communicator with strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-moving, multi-tasking environments
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000/year
