What You’ll Do
- Manage a broad scope of patient care in a clinical environment focused on spine, orthopedic, and interventional pain management
- Perform detailed assessments, order diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and handle follow-up care
- Work independently in a fast-paced clinic with minimal supervision
- Support both acute and chronic pain patients with a mix of ortho and spine conditions
- Collaborate with the lead physician and clinical staff to ensure top-quality care and continuity
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Experience You’ll Need
- Recent hands-on experience in orthopedics, spine, or pain management
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
- Active and unrestricted FNP license in Connecticut
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing a full patient load
- Open to W2 or 1099 structure depending on experience
- Experience with EMRs and efficient clinical documentation
- Candidates with 4+ years in a dedicated ortho or pain management setting to the front of the line.

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000/year
