What you will be doing:

• Support the firm’s business, corporate, and real estate law practice groups.
• Take a strategic and leadership role in the matters supported.
• Develop and maintain client and interpersonal relationships.
• Draft, write, and conduct research.
• Work closely with partners to provide quality and effective representation to clients.
• Manage all legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including conducting due diligence and preparing legal documents.
• Manage closing checklists and coordinate with various parties involved in deals.
• Assist attorneys in managing all legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Prepare contracts, conduct title searches, and review closing documents.
• Coordinate with lenders and title companies to ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork.

Experience you will need:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business, corporate, and real estate law.
• Experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and securities regulations.
• Washington State Bar membership is a requirement.

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000/year
