RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Bankruptcy & Restructuring Attorney. On-Site position in Pittsburgh, PA. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Support the general Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice
• Support clients in broad and varied areas of law
• Draft and negotiate forbearance agreements, bankruptcy plans, and corporate documents
• Make regular court appearances in bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships, and related litigation
• Assume borrower representation in financing transactions
• Prepare motions, briefs, plans, and other bankruptcy documents
• Assist in preparation of expert reports and mediation statements

Experience you will need:

• License to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Degree from an accredited law school
• 3-6 years' experience in commercial bankruptcy and foreclosure practice 
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing thoughtful and persuasive messaging
• Ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management mindset
• Commitment to professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork
• A strong drive to provide proactive, client-focused legal services
• Experience using practice area specific software preferred
• Experience with business development preferred
• Experience with direct client contact preferred
• Experience with iManage document management system preferred
• Experience filing court documents electronically preferred

Salary: $120,000 - $170,000/year
