What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborating with partners and senior associates on case strategy.
• Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple civil litigation cases efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications You Will Need
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the California Bar.
0–2 years of experience (newly admitted attorneys welcome to apply).
Interest or exposure to civil liability defense (products, premises, transportation, construction).
Strong legal research and writing abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team setting.

💼 Compensation & Benefits
Bonus plan based on hours billed (1900 billable hours/year target).

Salary: $130,000 - $165,000/year
