RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of CNC Tube Cell Operator. On-Site position in Mooresville, NC. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Set up and execute CNC tube bender programs.
• Produce parts in compliance with clients work instructions, drawings, and bill of materials router.
• Check work quality using Coordinate Measuring equipment, fixtures, and gauges as required.
• Follow clients procedures and process instructions in accordance with the ISO9001 program.
• Maintain the area’s fixtures, tooling, and gauges in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform operator-defined equipment Preventative Maintenance.
• Assist and work with Engineers to develop new parts machine programs, and produce prototypes.
• Perform other work as required by the area Supervisor or Site Manager.
• Work safely and follow all Company procedures.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with company Safety & 5S programs.

Experience you will need:

• Knowledge of CNC bending software.
• 2+ years’ experience with programming and setup of CNC tube bending machines.
• 2+ years’ experience with setting up, developing, and manufacturing tube assemblies from start to finish.
• Capable of using precision tools to accurately measure tight tolerances (CMM, calipers, height gauge, scales, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Salary: $20 - $30/hour
