What You Will Be Doing:
Handling legal matters in corporate transactions, real estate, or HOA law.
Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and managing multiple projects.
Providing responsive and resourceful client service.
Collaborating with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Upholding professionalism, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

Experience You Will Need:
2-5 years of experience in corporate transactions, real estate, or HOA law.
Active and in good standing admission to the Florida Bar.
Strong academic credentials, with a preference for the top 30%.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Commitment to client service and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/year
