RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Insurance and Bad Faith Litigation Attorney – California. On-Site position in Menlo Park, CA. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Litigating insurance and bad faith actions in California and other jurisdictions.
• Handling breach of contract cases, bad faith claims, and all aspects of insurance litigation from inception to trial.
• Engaging in motion practice, discovery, depositions, legal research, and trial preparation.
• Providing insurance coverage analysis and litigation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Collaborating with clients on liability assessments and utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods.

Experience You Will Need:

• Juris Doctor (JD) with excellent academic credentials.
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, with 2+ years specifically in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial.
• Experience with state and federal court proceedings.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a professional environment.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
