RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Litigation Attorney. On-Site/Hybrid position in Providence, RI. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.
 

What you will be doing:

• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and assist with discovery
• Conduct client consultations
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare for and attend court hearings
• Prepare for and conduct trials

Experience you will need:

• Strong academic credentials
• Licensed to practice in RI (MA licensure is a plus)
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably including trial work, motions, discovery, and appeals
• Experience with arbitration and mediation is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong ethical standards and a collegial approach

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/year
