What you will be doing:

• Handle commercial litigation cases in the Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology Practice Group.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategies.

Experience you will need:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in federal and state court proceedings.
• Preferred experience in financial institutions litigation.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Membership in the State Bar of Texas.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000/year
