What you will be doing:
- Hire the right talent by identifying candidates based on integrity, positive energy, skills, and work ethic.
- Organize and proactively plan your shift, day, week, and month to lead an exceptional experience for team members and guests.
- Communicate expectations clearly and frequently.
- Train, teach, and coach team members on essential details for performing tasks at a high level.
- Inspect what you expect; praise in public (high fives) and coach in private.
- Hold a team of 40+ accountable.
- Show your team appreciation and celebrate excellence.
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
Experience you will need:
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- 4+ years of food and beverage/hospitality experience required.
- A genuine love for people.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000/year
