Common Responsibilities Across All Roles:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing day-to-day service and support for their insurance needs.
- Lead client meetings, including occasional in-person visits.
- Manage renewals, audits, claims, endorsements, and new coverage placements.
- Design and recommend insurance programs tailored to business needs.
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with producers to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Analyze client data to prepare coverage reviews, stewardship reports, and risk strategies.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team collaboration and renewal strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier offerings, underwriting practices, and industry updates.
- Participate in agency initiatives, including book reviews, process improvement, and strategic planning.
- Travel occasionally as needed.
Position 1: Commercial Lines Account Executive – Professional Liability
- 6+ years of experience preferred.
- Specialized in E&O, D&O, and professional liability lines.
- Ideal for candidates with strong experience supporting law firms, consultants, or healthcare professionals.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
Position 2: Commercial Lines Account Executive - Small Business.
- 1–3 years of commercial lines experience preferred.
- Focus on small commercial accounts across various industries.

Position 3: Commercial Lines Account Executive - Construction.
- 6+ years of experience with middle to large construction accounts.

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000/year
