A leading brand and creative agency is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented New Business Director to join their NYC team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in business development within the branding, design, or creative agency world—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and is confident managing RFPs, pitches, and relationship-building efforts from end to end.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and manage all stages of the new business process, including prospect calls, pitch coordination, and proposal development

  • Create and maintain high-impact sales presentations and marketing materials

  • Take ownership of agency credentials, case studies, and RFP responses

  • Research target clients to develop customized and compelling approaches

  • Oversee timelines and deliverables for proposals and pitches, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date new business pipeline reporting

  • Support in organizing and updating sales materials, ensuring everything is easily accessible and current

  • Represent the agency externally, building relationships and showcasing its capabilities with confidence

Experience you will need:

  • Proven experience in a new business, business development, or client services role within a brand design or creative agency

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong business writing and research abilities

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Comfortable presenting and engaging with both internal stakeholders and prospective clients

  • Experience preparing RFPs, pitches, and client-facing presentations (PowerPoint proficiency preferred)

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/year
