What You’ll Do:
Join a nationally ranked litigation team representing major players in fintech, financial services, and consumer lending. This role is ideal for a litigation associate who thrives in fast-evolving legal areas—working at the intersection of finance, technology, and data privacy. You’ll handle high-impact commercial disputes and regulatory matters, partner directly with clients, and contribute to strategy on some of the most pressing legal issues in the industry.
- Represent financial institutions, fintechs, and lenders in commercial litigation and regulatory defense
- Handle matters involving consumer finance laws, privacy statutes, and enforcement by agencies like the CFPB, FTC, and OCC
- Draft motions, discovery, and legal opinions tied to emerging issues in tech-driven finance
- Support litigation strategies, settlement negotiations, and compliance assessments
- Collaborate across offices on multi-jurisdictional cases and client-facing projects
- Advise clients on litigation risks and regulatory innovation
Experience You'll Need:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (financial services background highly valued)
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedure, motion practice, and legal research
- Experience advising or litigating on fintech, privacy, or regulatory matters a plus
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted in Texas (or eligible for waiver)

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000/year
