What you will be doing:

• Manage and oversee complex litigation cases
• Lead first-chair trials, attend hearings and depositions
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Handle all aspects of litigating cases
• Maintain organization and detail orientation in a high-pressure environment
• Manage a significant case load effectively
• Conduct excellent written and oral communication
• Perform exceptional legal research
• Exercise good judgment and professionalism
• Demonstrate proactiveness and a strong work ethic
• Prioritize and multi-task efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Navigate all stages of litigation with knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Experience you will need:

• Minimum four (4) years of complex civil litigation experience
• Extensive experience in managing litigation cases
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures and trial processes
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong sense of humor and collegial attitude

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000/year
