What You Will Be Doing:

• Representing construction clients in litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation.

• Managing significant complex disputes and litigation matters nationally.

• Engaging in risk management and developing litigation and resolution strategies.

• Reporting directly to clients and collaborating with local counsel, experts, and other entities.

• Preparing for and participating in mediations, depositions, and trials.

• Managing e-discovery processes in litigation cases.

Experience You Will Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, including taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

• Experience preparing for and participating in arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

• Experience in e-discovery processes.

• Previous involvement in construction dispute cases, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims is a plus.

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

• Strong writing and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.

• Excellent academic record.

Salary: $80,000 - $140,000/year
