What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage a team of attorneys, legal staff, and support personnel handling collection and subrogation cases across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee litigation strategy, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and all relevant state/federal regulations.
- Develop firm-wide policies, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize case resolution and recovery rates.
- Provide high-level legal counsel on escalated matters and complex litigation.
Experience you will need:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in debt collection and subrogation.
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Strong knowledge of debtor and creditor rights, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Proven experience handling debt collection and subrogation litigation from start to finish.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong analytical skills.
Salary: $73,000 - $93,000/year
