Prepare Federal and state tax and informational filings for corporations and limited liability companies.
Analyze domestic and foreign financial records for tax filing purposes.
Project Federal and state taxes for various client situations.
Complete special analysis and planning projects for assigned client relationships.
Conduct advanced tax research on complex topics as required.
Prepare responses to Federal and state tax authority notices.
Coordinate and review tax work performed by Junior staff.
Communicate consistently with clients, client advisors, team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Proactively manage all tax matters for assigned client relationships.
CPA license with 4-5+ years of progressively expansive tax preparation experience.
Strong experience preparing taxes for corporations, LLCs, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
Cross-border tax and reporting compliance experience is a major plus (Forms 1120-F, 3520, 5471, 5472, 8621, 1042, FBAR, etc.).
Client service orientation with excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex tax issues clearly.
Excellent judgment, risk mitigation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interact professionally with a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, small-team environment with minimal supervision.
