Manage attorney calendars, tasks, and legal deadlines
Serve as a primary point of communication with clients and attorneys
Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
Collaborate with team members across different experience levels
Handle administrative responsibilities and routine client communication
Compose, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support client outcomes
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to the Arizona Bar and licensed to practice in the state
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word & Excel)
Experience handling high-volume workflow and multitasking efficiently
Excellent proofreading, editing, and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members at all levels
Prior experience in client-facing roles or debt law is a plus
