Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced Sales Executive to lead our Enterprise and Data Center sales efforts in the U.S. and Europe. This position requires a unique blend of successful sales, business development and account management track record with U.S. and Europe Enterprise and Hyperscaler ecosystem for clients Enterprise controller solutions. This role requires a strong rolodex and proven experience selling and developing business within this ecosystem coupled with a combination of strong sales acumen and leadership to drive revenue growth and design wins. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record in sales management in the NAND storage, Controller and SSD for Enterprise/Data Center applications with extensive connections.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including setting ambitious revenue targets, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understand their needs, align product roadmaps, build close executive relationships, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adjust the sales approach and product development strategies.

Experience you will need:

  • Proven track record in semiconductor sales in the NAND memory and storage sector, especially in controller and SSD for Enterprise and Data Centers.
  • Strong understanding of NAND, storage, and semiconductor technology and trends.
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work with marketing, business development, engineering, and other sales teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of Sales Management experience.
Salary: $200,000 - $230,000/year
