Summary:
Join a nationally respected complex litigation team focused on high-stakes insurance fraud and recovery actions. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to work on matters involving civil fraud, insurance coverage disputes, and racketeering claims. While direct experience with RICO, bad faith, or whistleblower litigation is a plus, strong litigators with the ability to learn and adapt are encouraged to apply. You’ll play a key role in developing case strategy, conducting investigations, and driving civil enforcement against fraudulent actors.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage complex civil matters involving insurance fraud, RICO litigation, and civil recovery actions
- Conduct examinations under oath (EUO), depositions, and written discovery
- Investigate fraudulent claims and draft detailed coverage analyses and opinions
- Support litigation strategies through legal research, motion work, and forensic review
- Collaborate with experienced litigators on enforcement and recovery actions
Experience You’ll Need:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in California
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Exposure to or strong interest in insurance coverage, bad faith, or civil fraud litigation (training available)
- Excellent writing, research, and strategic communication skills
- Strong time management and case organization ability

Salary: $115,000 - $170,000/year
