What you will be doing:

• Manage litigation from start to trial (hearings, depositions, site inspections, and more)
• Draft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, RFAs, document requests)
• Develop litigation strategies and analyze liability/exposure
• Communicate regularly with clients to align on case direction and goals
• Collaborate daily with experienced ABOTA trial attorneys

Experience you will need:

• J.D. and active CA bar license
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience (premises liability required)
• Strong writing, time management, and discovery drafting skills

Salary: $110,000 - $170,000/year
