RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Product Manager. Remote position from a US based city. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct thorough assessments, analyses, and provide accurate quotations in response to client inquiries, challenges, or specific business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Project/Product Managers and clients to successfully implement new features and applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Assist Project/Product Managers with the execution of major implementations and specialized client projects, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for driving the success of our Financial Services modules by executing product enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting effective marketing strategies.
• Travel up to 30% across North America.

Experience you will need:

• University degree, relevant college diploma or equivalent related work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving project management, and time management skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications and project implementations.
• Proficiency in 3rd party applications (Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, TeamSupport).
• Experience with turning customer requirements into a system design or deliverable solutions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience in the auto club industry or a related service field.
• CTC – Certified Travel Counselor and/or CTIE – Certified Travel Industry Executive certification.
• Knowledge in business intelligence/data warehousing/business analytics.
• Understanding of Web Services, accounting systems, and software quality assurance.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year
